In December 2025 we met up as a team to celebrate the year Therapeutic productions CIC has had alongside the year our sister company Freedom Pens limited has had in its first year of incorporation. Celebrating in style at a BBQ centre and sampling one of Londons largest whiskey menus.
Across 2025 Therapeutic productions sure the completion of the Dark thoughts project celebrating the history of African intellectuals. Not only did we work with over 15 professors and artists to create our 4 part documentary series but we also worked with a further 35 artists to hold 4 events bringing together lyric writing workshops, illustration workshops, screenings and guest speakers. This culminated in the creation of 70 artistic creations set be exhibited in a 3D tour put together by our web designer.
Meanwhile we completed the shooting of our feature film Prodigal monster based on the experiences of those in psychiatric systems, built new partnerships including a new collaboration with an Ethiopian church who we will work with for the preservation of our heritage, featured in 2 newspapers and secured funding for our partners.
As all of this Commenced Freedom Pens sure the official release of its title Burning Breath Chapters authored by myself, Mase Okor and Jason Harris with our publisher collective inks making this available in major retailers. And then the promotion pushed forward leading to features of 2 radio stations, features in publications with Asylum magazine, Mindfulness UK and Restorative justice council. At the same time support sure promotion across various social media channels through our peoples and the sharing of our work across communities in both Norfolk and London.
